Elite sets for boss ties not recognizing elite ovr

Can anyone help with this? Or is EA just pretending to help and nothing will get done?

The players are classified under their original OVR, NOT whatever OVR you trained them up as. For example, you have a Chris Conte trained up to 109. However, his original OVR was 104, and that's the rating the game considers him at for redemption purposes. If the game allowed players to be redeemed at their trained up, current OVR, it would be far too easy to gain boss tokens. This is not limited to Boss sets, either. Previous promos such as Campus Heroes had you redeem your 115 OVR players as 110s even when fully trained, otherwise there would have been no need to earn so many pennants to unlock them.

Thanks for this. It woulda been noce for that to be labeled out in the description of the set. So that im not sitting here thinking my game is broken

That's what happens when you don't test your content before releasing it to the public. You get a confusing, glitchy mess of a game.
