Error Cannot purchase store kit

Purchasing Not Working Every freaking time I try to buy madden cash it's says cannot purchase while transaction with store kit is in progress yet I hadn't bought any cash.

I am currently dealing with the exact same issue and very frustrated. Hoping for some resolution. Is your device and apple?

Device being used, make and model

Game version installed

Operating system and version on the device

A time stamp of when you last incurred this issue

The time/date of when you first had a failed purchase that could be causing this issue.
