Exchanging for the MVP
I put it up for exchange, and gives me 10000 coins. Dafuq is tht? I'm about to flip my lid here, shouldn't I have gotten, like , idk, an MVP player?

I did all 10 mvp badges and now i can t exchange for edelman , says i can exchange for 10 k . most be kidding me

I refreshed my game and it popped up, we good!

Go to phone settings, apps, madden, and force stop, and clear cache
I spoke with a EA CS and according to the EA team they are working on the issues with the MVP Certificate exchange for the achievement for MVP player card. My problem was after receiving the Certificate I couldn’t exchange it for the player and that it was only redeemable for 10,000 coins. Not what I paid and played for unfortunately, but it’s a bug they say. So now I wait for the results and to see if I’ll get my reward. However, the CSR was very helpful and patient in expediting my issue. Should anyone have the same issue snap shot a picture of your Certificate Incase they ask for it. Thanks EA, I’ll be waiting.
I got ten mvp achievements but the game did not give me the item to exchange. I have exchanged multiple screenshots and re installed and followed help desk instructions and nothing. How do I get the MVP I worked so hard for?

Still having this problem.... cannot exchange my token for anything aside for 10k..
Get's worse. I did not even get the certificate. 100+ hours grinding and a big F U.
