Facebook Login Failure

Unfortunately, there is no solution to this problem. The problem lies within the maden app itself, which has a lot of bugs for new versions of Android/Apple. The only solution is to wait. Maden should fix this problem soon, so you may just want to wait. 

A different route for the solution requires a jailbreak for apple, or flashing a different version of Android onto your android device, You will find those steps online, but these are the only ways to fix this problem other than waiting for madden to fix it.

Just FYI: we cannot support jailbreaked devices or devices with custom firmware and so that is not advised.

How do you link your account to a gmail if the account is already linked to a facebook account? Please help!

First, create a gmail account for free.

Next, go to another device (wife/girlfriends/parents phone) you should be able to login to Madden with your original Facebook team. Once you have the team up and you can play with it, go to the upper right side of the screen and hit the three dots (settings). Hit the link accounts button and link to Google.

Once you've linked the account to Google, you'll be able to go back to your original device that the Facebook link doesn't work on, and link it to the Gmail/Google account. It will work and you'll have your team back only linked to google now instead of Facebook.

As another update to the Facebook issue - I've found that when you go to link to Facebook and it opens the safari page, then asks "open in Madden Mobile" and you hit the yes button -> if when Madden Mobile opens it gives you a login failure you can do the following:

Go back to the safari page and reload it using the refresh button in the search bar. It will ask you the same thing again only the second time it usually works when Maddem Mobile opens, sometimes I have to do it a third time but I can always get it to work after a few tries.
