Nope. None of the fixes listed have worked for me. This is extremely frustrating since I paid for a pass in an event that is now useless since I can’t play the event. I’ve seen threads about this going back to 2015, so I don’t understand how they haven’t dealt with this issue.

Do you experience this on a different device if you're able to test it and have you tried contacting our Support teams to see if there is anything from the account side they see that could be resulting in this error?
