If you're experiencing this error and still can't get into the game, we recommend the following steps below:
- Delete the app from your device (if you play on guest mode and do not have your account linked to Google/Apple/Facebook, your progress will be lost)
- Check your device to see if there are any software updates
- Clear the cache on the app under your app settings
- Force Stop the app
- Restart your device
- Toggle WiFi off and back on and/or remove your WiFi network you connect to and re-add it
- Clear up space on your device
- Log out of the account on your device and log back in
If looks like there were a rush of reports but they've seemed to disappear since this post was created. Please notify us of the type of device you play on if these steps do not help.
