Guys, I found out how to get your data and the error to all you have to do is go into your Apple settings click on madden mobile and then click offload and then just reinstall it and then boom your problems should be done

Any idea on how to do this on Samsung Phones? I think I am a guest and I'm having the same issue with not being able to play.
