There is a setting in Facebook that allows aps to access your account. Is it enabled?
Looks like this:

Enabled.
In settings accessed on a PC browser. Not sure if it's available on mobile...
I just checked and everything is on, I even turned if off and back on again to see if that would make any difference, but no. Still have same issues.
I had this issue a month back. When you log in as guest and go to your head to head tab does it still show your FB friends? Also does the link account tab in the upper right corner show as well?
I cleared my RAM then I changed my password, then linked again and everything seemed to work fine.
