Any news on this?

I was sent a message saying "thank you for this" after I sent the community guy my ID and whatnot. That is all I guess. Still haven't received credit even though since the first day I know I've accumulated at least 250k to 300k training points. I guess we'll see 

Sorry guys, I've escalated the issue to the studio for investigation. Usually for such cases we won't hear anything back for a while, then things will be fixed quietly. 

If I can find any more concrete information or timing, I'll let you know.

Any news 11 days until we can get him, but we need the tp feat fixed please

We are obviously not enough people that are affected by this so its way down ea´s to do list. Dunno what the problem is. Should be an easy fix seeing how quickly they fixed coaches/captains glitch or minions not returning during most feared.

4 days away from completing daily goals yet this still hasn't been resolved you are probably right, not enough people affected and therefore they don't really care that much. But, it's been nearly two months

Any news on this?  This post from EA was in November of 2018 and the same problem exists now in March of 2021 on Madden 21 Mobile.
