field pass doesn't show up
I purchased a Field Pass through app but it doesn't show up. Has anyone else experienced this? EA Support has been useless in helping with this.

Community ManagerWhich Field Pass did you purchase and was it with gems or through the Google Play/Apple store?
See attached screenshot. This, along with 2 sideline passes, was purchased in the game through the Apple App Store, from which I received a confirmation email of the transaction.

Do you have any parental controls set up on your Apple or Origin account? that seems to be an issue with the content not showing up for players. Although you received a confirmation email, did the transaction fully process from your purchase history or is it failed/pending?
Transactions fully processed -- I see the charges on my credit card statement.
Regarding parental controls, yes -- this is actually on my son's iPad. I did not configure anything specific for Madden (or any other app on the device), but his Apple ID account reflects his proper age 👿.
