field pass doesn't show up
I purchased a Field Pass through app but it doesn't show up. Has anyone else experienced this? EA Support has been useless in helping with this.

Community ManagerOkay no worries. We'll need to have our Support team help make sure the content reaches the account for your son then. Please let them know there are parental controls limiting the content from reaching the account so they can assist you further.

How do you recommend I do that? I have active cases on help.ea.com for serval weeks now that have gone nowhere.
