Fix closed auctions please.

All auctions that I have bid on won or lost close my auctions and tells me auction is unavailable try back later. Going on a week of it. Can not collect coins back for failed auctions. I can put auctions up for bid and search however. It . Is just the my bids auctions part that is glitched. Talked to a game advisor but it hasn't done anything yet.
