FREE Program Stamina videos not working

Why are 10 Program Stamina bonus for videos not working? Did not work entire Game of Throws event and now not working for Summer Blast event either. That's a LOT of stamina I counted on and did not g...

    Can you DIRECT MESSAGE me your Madden User ID (found under Settings in-game, top right corner) and your DEVICE TYPE so I can pass it along to the QA team?

      Got 10 from the first video but 2nd wouldn’t load

      @EA_Blueberry I also have not been able to collect the free program from the videos for GOT or Summer Blast. It worked for season 8 but not this season, and I am a VIP member with 262k mobile season points this season, I could've feasibly have reached the limit of 300k had I've been able to use that extra program stamina. My username is Siple369 and I'm playing on a Google Pixel 4a 5g phone
