I’ve encountered this same problem. Not sure if this works on all platforms but my workaround is to initiate the Free Program Stamina button ONLY WHEN there is an active ad video available that will load up. To know if there one, I look first for the presence of the Watch Ad button on the main splash screen, and then start one video to confirm that there are videos available to play. After that video is done playing (or you can even close out of it) I then press the Free Program Stamina button and watch the resulting ad video to completion. So far this has always worked for me.
I’m guessing that the Free Program Stamina process/subroutine pulls an available ad video from what it regards as a “queue” of available ad videos, plays it, and then if viewed to completion gives out the free Program stamina. But if there is no available video to play (i.e. the ad queue is unavailable or “empty”) pressing the Free Program stamina button doesn’t open up any video but the process/subroutine will still dock you the attempt as though one was actually played. My guess is that Free Program stamina videos are available only when the Watch Ad video button is also visible on the main splash screen. So my solution/workaround is to only play Free Program Stamina whenever the Watch Ad button is visible (and even then I also test that there are actually active Watch Ad videos by playing one first.)
