Game changers promo not working

I purchased the game changers premium promo to be able to select the Iconic from the second wave of dropped players. 
The game only allowed me to choose from the first half. 
I also have epic selects I was planning on using with the iconic select to upgrade to mythic but that too is only allowing me to choose from the first half of the promo
