Game Crashes....Oops...Network Timeout
- Apple iphone 6s
- very stable wi-fi connection at home & have experienced the Oops...Network Timeout whenever it feels like it?
- Always have the phone power cord plugged into the phone. Not using the battery.
This has been happening for the last month...everyday "oops....network timeout".
- I have cleared out items on my phone to make extra space....actually there is plenty ( a ton) of storage on the phone for Madden Mobile to perform correctly.
For Example:
- I'll log into MM20... Go to Auction and I'll search for a player card.... the spinning football & spin for a second and show the player card results, but quite often the spinning football icon stays Spinning for 30 seconds...then BOOM...the dreaded banner: Oops...Network Timeout.
- I just logged into the game...set the phone down while power cord connected & got up do do house cleaning stuff....came back...I see...Oops...Network Timeout banner.
Click OK
It defaults back to the login screen....I log in...Existing User....(My PLAYER ID) Guest

Update Troubleshooting steps I just tried:
- deleted & reinstalled the app....still got the oops....network timeout banner message
- Linked my current game to my Apple ID.
- Deleted the whole game & data from phone
- Went to the app store & downloaded a new fresh current Madden Mobile
- Logged in with Apple ID....did the same procedures I have done before....searched leagues, player cards, etc. ......got the oops....network timeout again
I have really deleted and reinstalled the app 2 times by this point
Am I on a EA Server that has some issues?
After a ton of time troubleshooting the app....I questioned if my newer access point in the house was the issue.....YES! I put the old Linksys WAP610N back in & set it to 2,4ghz....no issues yet. Works great!
