Game crashes when attempting to purchase tickets/accept reward in Seasons

I play madden mobile on my iPhone. In the season mode, I play games that are 1:30 minutes per quarter and with full management decisions. In the management decisions, they make me pay some credits for a player and every time I press pay it logs me out. Please solve this issue. I will link a photo below. Thank you.

    Can you try creating a post and then direct message me? You'll have to level up just a bit in order to use some other features on the site.

    My game crashes when collecting revenue in madden mobile seasons. I saw a post similar to this and I’m only really make this so I can DM.
