Game service is inaccessible to internet connection

How do I make it so that this doesn't appear everytime I try to sign in

We ever I try to log in to madden mobile it tell me the game service is currently inaccessible in from your network connection. I live in canada but I've played this a lot and I am at 92ovr no matter what wi fi I used it says the same thing! Please halp!

How did you get this resolved? 2 weeks ago I got "banned" now this. Come on EA. Let me play the game.
