We wish to do some testing around this issue. Please reply to this post with the following requested details:
- Device details (manufacturer, model, OS version, etc.)
- Game version
- VPN details
- UID - LINK
- Time stamp of occurrence, please include Date, Time and timezone (PST/GMT etc.)

I fixed it!!!!! If u delete the app leave it deleted for three days and close out the App Store and don't go back in the AppStore (but you can still go back in your phone in the 3 days) for three days and download it again and it should work!!!(close out the AppStore by double taping the home button and slide the AppStore app up)- ApprovedAnonymous9 years ago
Nice work, but I might try to find another solution since three days is a long time. Also madden mobile just released a new update, so maybe it has a fix...

Same problem here.

- Apple IPAD 32gb
- OS version 10.3.1
- Game version: the latest one
- VPN details: I am not using any VPN - connecting from Singapore
- UID: lofe sxe
- Time stamp of occurrence, please include Date, Time and timezone (PST/GMT etc.): 04/22/2017 at 9:00 GMT
