Game service is inaccessible to internet connection

How do I make it so that this doesn't appear everytime I try to sign in

We wish to do some testing around this issue. Please reply to this post with the following requested details:

  • Device details (manufacturer, model, OS version, etc.)
  • Game version
  • VPN details
  • UID - LINK
  • Time stamp of occurrence, please include Date, Time and timezone (PST/GMT etc.)

Same problem here. 

  • Device details (manufacturer, model, OS version, etc.)
    • Apple IPAD 32gb
    • OS version 10.3.1
  • Game version: the latest one
  • VPN details: I am not using any VPN - connecting from Singapore
  • UID: lofe sxe
  • Time stamp of occurrence, please include Date, Time and timezone (PST/GMT etc.): 04/22/2017 at 9:00 GMT
