Gamecenter Messed My Saves Up

So basically I been playing madden mobile for about two months now and I was doing good(81 overall with a few elites) I saw the touchdown packs that came out recently and I went to the Game Center to change my Apple ID for the billing information. I come back today and I attempt to log into game center but it says "Create an account or link account" I had made a guest account just to test out if I could sign out and go back to game center (keep in mind I didn't link that one) and now my team is gone. I tried everything thus far.... I deleted the app and installed it again, I changed my Apple ID information back to what it was prior to the touchdown pack purchase... HELP!!! Please!! What a gift for Christmas aye? Lol
