Are you talking about the 3 collectibles = 1 gold player set? The odds for the gold players are not equal, there are 6 gold players that are more common than the others. The 83 KR Benjamin is the rarest of all. Most promos are rarely completed through game play alone and players need to buy missing components from the AH.
Gabbert, Adams and Irving, e.a. customer experience has given me 2 cases and reviewed them and agreed with me, but explained to me that there is nothing on their end they can do. I first reported the problem on July 7th and have been patient and now trying to be diligent so nobody else has this issue
