groundhog day in season mode

Finally got credited with the win after 13 games. Hoping it doesn't happen again in some other game or event.

What device are you using and is your madden mobile account connected to Facebook?

iPad & iPhone ... it carried through to both devices. yes, connected to FB, tried disconnecting, rebooting, reinstalling, hard reboot, soft reboot, everything. then suddenly, 13th time, it works. in the event last night, i did it about 4 times beore it finally gave me credit.

Delete then reinstall madden. This will get rid of the temporary files that may be causing this to happen.

yeah i did that. i did everything. this is now happening after every game. i can play one and get the credit, then the next one does this. i have found that if i toss the game out, then do a hard reset on the iPad or iPhone, i can then play that game (for the second time) and then the next one does this. begin again. i'm not gonna be playing much longer if i have to do this every time. it's definitely groundhog day.

Running out of ideas, maybe try logging out of Facebook via madden and try logging in again. That has made miracles for me.
