Guest account, failure to initialize EA services

I have a guest account and it keeps popping up as failure to initialize EA services and app won't load. V tried the recommended troubleshooting and still can't get madden mobile app to load. What are my options? I don't want to reinstall because I don't want to lose my progress.  Thanks
