Guest Account

I got a new phone and I want to put my team on it, but when I tried to connect the team with fb to put it on my phone, it didn't keep the team but log me in like it said it would, it gave me a new team. I can still access my old team,  it I am not sure how to get it on my new phone- I've been using a guest account.
