Haunted House Event Issue/Bug in Madden Mobile

I recently completed the Haunted House set in Madden NFL Mobile. Upon completion I did receive the 15,000 credits for the set, however the Haunted House event did not unlock and did not display in my live events.  I have gone through steps of reinstalling the game with a game advisor from EA, but have none of the steps we did have solved this issue.  Any help towards fixing this live event issue is greatly appreciated!

    It's not running yet, bruh. It runs the 30th through the 2nd..... Read the notes, click the little "i"

    Thank you for the help man. I had no idea. When I claimed the rewards I never got the message everyone got about it starting on the 30th for some reason. Mine never showed a date.
