Having Trouble Watching an Ad for Stamina?

@KopiZiom  Has it worked at all?  I think I saw that it’s only usable twice a day, so if you redeemed it (watched it) twice, you have to wait until the daily refresh to get it again.

a few years ago you could watch the videos almost endlessly but wouldn’t get rewards.  EA Help directed us to contact the vendors advertising for a solution.  It was literally like McDonald’s, Adidas, Army National Guard 😂

I never contacted a vendor to get my video reward so I’m not 💯 that it didn’t work, but it always makes me laugh to think about.

    I click on it also and nothing happens. Hope to see game improvement's very soon.

      Hey, all.

      I've seen this work for other mobile games in the past where players experienced issues watching ads. Can you try resetting the Advertising ID?

      For iOS:
      1. Close your game
      2. Go to your device settings
      3. Go to Privacy
      4. Scroll down to Advertising
      5. Reset Advertising Identifier
      6. Restart your device
      7. Launch the game again
       
      For Android:
      1. Close your game
      2. Go to settings
      3. Go to Google: Services & preferences
      4. Go to Ads
      5. Click on "Reset advertising ID"
      6. Click OK
      7. Restart your device
      8. Launch the game again

        If you're still having trouble watching ads please DIRECT MESSAGE ME the following info (select my name to visit my profile):

        • Madden User ID (number in the top right corner when you go to Settings in-game. DO NOT SHARE ON THIS FORUM POST)
        • Device type you play on (ex: Samsung galaxy S21+, iPhone 11)
        • Description of what is happening
        • Specific location of where the ad is in game you can't view
