Having Trouble Watching an Ad for Stamina?

This should now be fixed from the latest update last week.

If you're still having trouble watching ads please DIRECT MESSAGE ME the following info (select my name to visit my profile):
- Madden User ID (number in the top right corner when you go to Settings in-game. DO NOT SHARE ON THIS FORUM POST)
- Device type you play on (ex: Samsung galaxy S21+, iPhone 11)
- Description of what is happening
- Specific location of where the ad is in game you can't view
We'll pass these details up to the team. Thank you for the help!

Reposting to gather more information. I've unfortunately only received one example so far. If anyone is able to DM me and send these details my way we greatly appreciate the help you can lend!
Hey guys, i have the same problems like you all playing the game from Germany. I had the ads for a few weeks but then no ads anymore. Today i went by train and was logged on to the Wifi from the Deutsche Bahn. It‘s free an unsecured and guess what I saw the ads and everything worked fine. Then i switched over to my mobile network and guess what no ads anymore. To verify I switched back to the free wifi network and I saw all the ads again. At home I have a secured Wifi network and i can‘t see the ads. So i am sure it might belong to the network. Strange that EA isn‘t able to provide help especially when you use thousands of points for the field pass.

Since the yesterdays update watching the ads via an unsecured wifi isn‘t possible anymore. I am sure EA isn’t interested to solve our problem. ☹️ that really sucks. I guess i will finish to play the game. good luck everybody.
