Having Trouble Watching an Ad for Stamina?

I've seen this work for other mobile games in the past where players experienced issues watching ads. Can you try resetting the Advertising ID?
For iOS:
1. Close your game
2. Go to your device settings
3. Go to Privacy
4. Scroll down to Advertising
5. Reset Advertising Identifier
6. Restart your device
7. Launch the game again
For Android:
1. Close your game
2. Go to settings
3. Go to Google: Services & preferences
4. Go to Ads
5. Click on "Reset advertising ID"
6. Click OK
7. Restart your device
8. Launch the game again
