hero logo pack not unlocking event??

I bought the pack and even equipped it as my logo, However the event is still locked?? I wasted another thousand madden cash??

At least you can see and equip logo. All I got was a card saying I've got a logo and bonus event. Event still locked and no logo. Waste of cash. Only thing ea will do is say sorry for inconvenience and give you a 7500 coin pro pack that is useless at this stage. Maybe unlock the event in time for it to end.
