hero logo pack not unlocking event??

I was never granted my packs or extra points.  I want to be compensated for the 600 madden cash I wasted.  

• Hero logo pack that never worked.  I read that other people were compensated for this pack. I was never compensated and would like 600 back. It’s simple if we pay for something then we should get something back in return!

I incurred the issue that I was unable to equip or access the extra event.  I contacted help and they said people were working on it.  After a week, I reached back out to see if there was any update on the situation, and help sends me to the forum.  Now I discover that EA has said the issue was resolved and users were given items for compensation, except I was not and so I am just out cash?

Can someone please explain to me how you determined who received refunds/rebates/items?

The same for me.   I have contacted them via email 3 times, and each time they say it is a known issue and they are working on it, then they direct me here for updates.  But here it says it is a closed issue.  I've sent them this thread and asked them to update it, but I'm not sure they will.   My son spent $5 for the madden cash to open that pack and got nothing but a logo in return.  Can someone from EA respond, or look into my case specifically?    Case #399109492.    I'm wondering if I should report the problem to Apple?   On my receipt from iTunes, they have a "report a problem" link, maybe I can get my $ back that way?  thanks

Did you get a response yet?  I tried to contact an 'advisor' and they gave me the same "The developers are looking into the issue, please be patient".
