HOF/Ju Ju Gold Players won’t exchange! EA HELP!

I have Gold duplicate players that I can’t auction but I should be able to exchange them! I have duplicate Ju Ju Master Series Gold players that won’t exchange either and can’t dump them in the exchange set!

EA help!

@lkbroach Are these the Rivals? I'm under the impression you shouldn't be able to get dupes of these. Did you unlock the Master Juju?

Apparently duplicates! I completed all HOF Events and JuJu event.

Now I can’t trade or auction JuJu 82 OVR and any of the 80 OVR HOF players not used to upgrade in sets! These players should be able to at least trade and if I don’t get an EA Reply I’ll start a new thread.
