how can I regain control of team after Ipad restored to factory settings?

my son set up a madden mobile league through his Ipad several weeks ago.  he is the commissioner.  he doesn't have facebook so he signed in as a guest.  recently, his Ipad crashed and we had to restore it to factory settings.  He reinstalled Madden Mobile and was able to find his league, but he is not able to control his team.  Is there anything that can be done?
