How do I get the Mike Ditka Mobile Master 99 card?

I got the 85 Ditka rookie card and used it with the collectibles to get the 92 Ditka Legends card.  I didn't see an option to get the mobile master 99 Ditka card.  How is everyone getting the mobile ...

    There is a difference between the 92 Legend Ditka and 99 Mobile Master Ditka. The Mobile Master version is only available through buying packs (or buying from someone in Auction Hall who pulled the card from pack).

    thanks!  I thought you needed the rookie card to get the mobile master card.
