How do you contact EA other than EA.Help or answers.EA because they can’t help

Please tell me how to contact someone at EA that can actually do something like refund my money if you are not going to fix the problem that cost me over $150!! An address, email, or phone. I would like help from someone other than customer support who can only say sorry but not enough people have this issue so it’s not a problem for us. Actually help your paying customers because I will not go away. I will continue to post and bad mouth EA until they actually do something!!!
