Now that you can turn in safeties and guards to upgrade...their prices are now ridiculous...what once went "expired" routinely at auction is now unobtainable bellow 20,000 to 50,000! Ha! Funny.

you literally have to play the auction as items post to get ones at cheaper or more reasonable prices. I found it easier to just buy the 2 players outright at the auction instead because I had the coins.
if you don't have the coins to do so, then just buy pro packs and sell your inventory to get more coins.

Any other suggestions you have to build madden Mobil "wealth"? I'm finding it increasingly hard now to do anything from upgrade my team (even modestly) to winning H2H (even when my OVR is higher) and earn enough coin to "compete" for higher-end players...ha! What a pipe dream! There's got to be some advice out there to help a brother out... - Save up. I'm telling you man, sometimes people post good stuff for cheap, I'll tell you what I did. A good way to start is save up around 50-100k and look for an elite Punter or Kicker. Search for Ryan Allen the punter, you probably won't find him right away, but I found him for 50k and he goes for 500k and once you have that, look for something like 99 ovr James Harrison and sell him for 750-800k. People also post Vick pretty cheap sometimes, you just have to be quick. I am 98 on offense and 96 on defense with 2.25 million coins, so it works, hope this helps.
- It just depends on what you get. Not everything will sell right away, so I kept relisting it until it did. Last time there was Players Packs I pulled a Drew Brees Legends gold card. I could have bought the 4 collectibles and completed the Brees Legends set to get the 98 OVR Brees card, but I already had 99 OVR Elway in my lineup, so I sold the gold card instead. Got me a cool 5 million coins. I've also gotten an elite Josh Sitton Football Outsiders 92 OVR and an elite Antonio Brown 86 OVR from Premium Packs. The Sitton went for just over 300,000 coins (probably because of the OG and S redemptions) and the Brown for 50,000.
Most gold base players I start at 1,000 with a buy it now of 15,000. With a Pro or Premium Pack you may or may not break even, but with a Players Pack you can easily come out ahead. - I just saw Ryan Allen on the market for 80 at the cheapest. So you would make 25k if you list him now or put him at 70k and see if someone picks up on him. I did that like 2 weeks ago before prices dropped. Also I'll tell you what I'm doing now: right now I'm buying the 84 overall Legend Vick, sometimes people list him cheap, I bought one for 1,200 coins yesterday, he sells for 1.5 million. You just have to be patient and quick because people will list them and they go quick.
