How long does it take for the "specialist" team to get back and solve your case?

I've been hacked in madden mobile. I know this because someone logged into my facebook from Washington and I lost so many good players. (Worth 400mil) all legends btw. I've talked to 4 different game ...

I have no clue, I've never contacted them and needed a specialist. 

Maybe a staff member or mod can answer this?

    Ea is letting me down to. An support agent had me delete saved files from everywhere. I asked beforehand if he had a way to get my data back after this. He assured me he did.. Well guess what? ....He couldnt. He said he sent my case to a specialist 3 days ago and not word yet.
