How to keep the game from freezing (crashing) - my success

I keep trying to go on to the app madden mobile and It continues to freeze I have deleted the app, turned off iPad, clearing data everything.. I have been a player for a while and because of this problem I have lost 6,848,000 coins.. I bought players and packs and all my money was stolen but no players bc It froze... I now only have 5,412 coins... Please let me know how to stop the freezing bc now I can barley get onto the app it freezes as soon as I get on

It is a network error, please be patient as EA is working hard to fix this.

I Have been having the same problem for the past 4 days. I have been unable to do sets, go to the marketplace, sell items and other things. I contacted ea and they said it was my device problem or my Wi-Fi. My phone works on every other game I have and I have a Samsung galaxy s 3 so it's not too out dated. I really wanted to do the supebowl sets but I gues I can't now

Delete then reinstall madden mobile if your account is connected to Facebook.

Hm, clear your cache, history, etc. On safari.

Well then the network is most likely having some issues.
