Awe, sorry for this problem.
As for being the hero, just listen carefully.
- Open madden mobile and log in
- Press the home button and navigate to Facebook
- Log in to the correct Facebook (start guessing until the pages look the same, same profile pic maybe)
- Once logged in, go back to madden and log back in if it asks you.
- If it is still on the same account tap the settings button (gear in the bottom right hand corner)
- Tap log out and confirm it
- This should bring you to the opening screen, press log in.
- If this doesn't work try steps 5-7 a few more times
