Season Super Bowl Permanently Stuck at 99% “Loading Audio” - Other Season Games Load Normally

Madden UID: 55806038
Platform: iOS / iPhone
Account: Linked with Apple / EA Account
Game Mode: Seasons - 2026 NFL Season
Team: Minnesota Vikings
Game: Super Bowl vs. Kansas City Chiefs

ISSUE

I have encountered a reproducible loading bug that is preventing me from playing the Super Bowl of an existing Season.

I completed the full regular season and playoffs with the Minnesota Vikings and reached the Super Bowl against the Kansas City Chiefs. Every time I attempt to start the Super Bowl, the loading screen reaches 99% and displays “Loading Audio…” indefinitely. The game never advances into the matchup.

The problem appears to be specific to this particular saved Season/Super Bowl game.

IMPORTANT REPRODUCTION DETAIL

Other Season games work normally.

To test whether this was a general problem with Madden Mobile, my device, or the game installation, I started a different Season type. A new game in that Season loaded successfully and was playable.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open my existing Vikings Season.
2. Select the Super Bowl against the Kansas City Chiefs.
3. Start the game.
4. Loading proceeds normally until 99%.
5. The status displays “Loading Audio…”
6. Loading never completes.

Control test:

1. Start a different/new Season type.
2. Start a game.
3. The game loads normally and is playable.

TROUBLESHOOTING ALREADY PERFORMED

I have tried:

• Force-closing and restarting Madden Mobile.
• Restarting the iPhone.
• Trying different network connections.
• Testing with game audio disabled.
• Signing out and signing back into my account.
• Linking my existing profile to my Apple account.
• Confirming that signing in with Apple correctly restores my existing Season progress.
• Completely deleting Madden Mobile from the iPhone.
• Restarting the device after deletion.
• Downloading a completely fresh installation from the App Store.
• Signing back in with Apple and restoring my profile and Season.

Even after a complete deletion and fresh installation, the exact same saved Super Bowl still freezes at 99% “Loading Audio…”

At the same time, games in another Season continue to load successfully.

EXPECTED RESULT

The Vikings vs. Chiefs Super Bowl should finish loading and allow me to play the game.

ACTUAL RESULT

The Super Bowl consistently stops at 99% - “Loading Audio…” and never enters gameplay.

WHY THIS APPEARS TO BE SAVE/GAME-SPECIFIC

• Other Season games load on the same device.
• A completely fresh Madden installation produces the same behavior.
• My Apple-linked account successfully restores the affected Season.
• The failure occurs consistently on this specific Super Bowl matchup.

This appears to potentially be an issue with the saved state or generated matchup for this particular Season game rather than a general installation, network, audio, or device issue.

REQUEST

I would really like to avoid resetting the Season, since I played the entire regular season and playoffs to reach this Super Bowl.

Could the Madden Mobile team please investigate whether this specific saved Super Bowl can be repaired, reset/reinitialized, or regenerated without resetting the entire Season?

I can provide screenshots, screen recordings, device information, or additional diagnostic information if needed.
