I’m not getting my arena draft reward !!!

I was so exited to get 2 dynamite packs this morning but when I logged in I dint get any rewards. Nothing! I was ranked about 300 # and I should have had 500 gems...  did any of u guys have this pro...

    I'm afraid that missing rewards are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. When you have the chance please reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. 


    For more information on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook as well.
