I bought something and never received it

So I bought the vault field pass for madden mobile 24 and it only unlocked the milestones I didn’t receive any chips or players or anything else. Bought it with usd currency. Tried to get help made about 5 casss and they all said I need to creat an ingame ticket but there is no I game ticket to make it jus lt sends you to the same place the advisors said they couldn’t do anything.did this about 5 times and it’s getting very frustrating
