For some reason I can't create a league in Madden Mobile the button that says create league isn't there...

Yeah you have to be at least 13 to create and to chat not 18. I created a league and I'm 14. You also need 20k to create it.

You must be playing as a guest. A guest cannot create their own league

You must be over 18 years old to create a league. When you first signed up you were asked to enter your age.

Because your age is to low. You need to have your age at atleast 13

BTW being a guest means nothing. It just means the account is only on your phone and isn't linked to anything.

Unfortunately, you can't. Well not that I know of, but maybe EA support can make the change for you.
