I can't find Darrelle Revis FOF icon cards

Question

I just got the second Darrelle Revis icon card today and now both of the cards I have are missing! What can I do to get them? I've restated the game, cleared the cache, and uninstalled the game and they're still missing!! I need help with this. I did pay money to get both cards and now they're gone.&nbsp;

Im having similar issues. Lost one FOF player and wont let me add Mack or Revis to the trade. Of course i Spent $ to get those FOF boxes and madden cash
