I have newer android device, and everything is updated. Ii have tried everything, and even talked it through with EA tech support but they eventually just told me to ask here. I use Googl Play games to play Madden, but I have not been able to enter the game since the latest updates, all I get is the unknown error. I've tried troubleshooting, I've deletes and reinstalled many times, I've restarted my connection and my phone, but nothing has worked. What can I do?

You must be on an older build because that screen should now update to Brady and Mahomes in the background when it's loading up.
Can you check to see if your Google Play store app has the latest update, delete the game and then go to the store again to download it?
That screenshot is from a week ago. I just forgot to take another one. It is still coming up with the error with Mahomes in the background.

Do you know if you have any parental control apps on your device? Some players have received an error like this in the past once an app/setting was applied.

If you are not aware of any recently downloaded apps that could be conflicting with the game launching or unable to connect via mobile data or WiFi, this is likely to be account related in which we'll want to have you contact our Support team for a case to be created for tracking. Players that have reported this in the past have mentioned it randomly cleared up one day, but I don't want to see you wait and check each day as for some it was a while. It's best we have someone take a look at your account to verify what is causing this.
