My apologies I couldn't get out to you before the weekend hit.
If you are not aware of any recently downloaded apps that could be conflicting with the game launching or unable to connect via mobile data or WiFi, this is likely to be account related in which we'll want to have you contact our Support team for a case to be created for tracking. Players that have reported this in the past have mentioned it randomly cleared up one day, but I don't want to see you wait and check each day as for some it was a while. It's best we have someone take a look at your account to verify what is causing this.

@EA_Blueberry Ea support on Twitter are the people who sent me here. I might just give up, this shouldn't even be issue. I was having fun with madden mobile, such a bummer.
