I can't purchase madden cash on madden mobile 18

Can't purchase madden cash. Says something about Storekit transaction is already in progress. Was working fine last week and now this week I can't purchase. Anyone know what to do? I tried contacting ...

I have the same problem. I think it has something to do with the All-Pro Pack. I bought it but I never get it and since that I can't buy anything. Also when I bought it no money was charged.

    I tried it on android an everything was working fine. I think only iOS has a problem

    Did you contact EA and can they fix it? Or is that it for the season for me now? I can't get a hold of them.

      The option for live chat wouldn't work for me either. But I was able to request a phone call. Should receive it in about an hour. Will keep you updated

        Never received the phone call and I can't get anyone on chat either. Plus there isn't an option to be called back anymore... I did try to purchase that all-pro special again and this is the error I get because I was charged for it!!

      EA says thousands of customers effected.  They claim to be working on issue. I’ve been unable to purchase for over a month now. Unbelievable a company would block you from spending money, but that’s what EA is doing. I thought they were a first rate company?  More like clueless *!!

        I have had this issue for a couple months now and had posted many posts. It got to the point I am just giving up on EA doing anything about it. Question though, for people like us, would Itunes gift cards work?

    It was the same problem for me. After the failed all pro pack purchase, I also ran into the storekit transaction issue. Reinstalled the game didn't work, if anyone figured it out please let us know. I submitted a case with EA Help but no response from them yet

    Same!!!!! Damn I thought I was he only one I've been contacting both Apple and EA and they blame each other and now EA is telling me I might have to wait a day or two cause it's a "glitch" in the server... been going on sense the 2nd and it's the 7th like hurry up EA I've tried everything

    I've been having same problem from when I bought that elite pumpkin pack that I never received but was charged. Now I can't bid on players in auction house either cause it says bid failed due to out bid or but it now.

      Again another ding against this years Madden Mobile, by far the shittiest release yet on all levels...
