I can't purchase madden cash on madden mobile 18

Can't purchase madden cash. Says something about Storekit transaction is already in progress. Was working fine last week and now this week I can't purchase. Anyone know what to do? I tried contacting ...

To assist us with our investigation on this, can I ask affected players to please add the following details to this thread:

  • Platform: iOS or Android
  • User ID: [Edit - Please do not post this publicly. - Admin.]
  • Time (including timezone) and date of last attempted purchase e.g 17:35 PST Sept 6th
  • Region: country should be specific enough

Country: USA

Same error message as the rest. StoreKit purchase has not been completed. Trying to purchase the "Madden Special" at $9.99. I've made other attempts at other items and wasn't able to. This has been ongoing for almost a week.
