8 years agoAfter talking to tech support everyday for the last week and some change the best info I can give you is to file a report and have them call you too. Talking by email is worthless. There is an updated section for this issue for them to add your info to so the case can be looked into. They are aware of the issue but as far as I can tell there is no solution yet.

8 years agoAlso i would recommend pasting your id for everyone to have. Thats how accounts get hacked and taken over
- Anonymous8 years agoThey are all full of $&@? - I have been calling and they tell me the customer to reach out to the developer of the Storekit. Me, who has a full time job and wants to spend money in your store. If this were my company all these Bozos would be fired.
Unloading and reloading the app is bs and doesn't work and folks stop pastig your ids someone will run with it and you will have bigger problems. It's sad that so many people have complained and nothing has happened for over a month or more.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ! - Anonymous8 years agoWhat's even funnier is I just tried to get a free item from the store and I still get the same message. Very sad and these underpermers still have a job with customers begging to spend money.
Honestly we should try to stay off of madden for a month and ban using their products that's the only way they get we're sick and tired of poor horrible customer service! - Anonymous8 years agoAgree with every word said in your comments.
