Following up. Apple says not thier problem. Your customer service says it's apples problem. Your forum posts don't have any useful information. This problem for me personally has gone on for a month. The teams are becoming horribly imbalanced and not all players are afforded he same opportunities. In plain English you've shown no concern for a portion of your customer base, you're losing money, we are getting irritated and much like the NFL you are losing "fans"... Its insulting your biggest concern here has been with somebody referencing a petition. Seriously. That's your big concern? Why not apply some honest effort and support to your customers and fix the problem? It's not like we would boycot spending money on your app, we are frustrated that we can't spend money on your app... do us all a favor and do something right for a change.
- 8 years agoBeen over a month for me also. I finally received an email from EA and they say they are working on the problem with no ETA. I am missing out on players I really want. I am just about done with them. Only problem is I haven’t found a game I like. They need to fix this and compensate us for this!
